Step 1: Search in plugins for WP-Robot
Install WPRobot on your site and put in 2-3 of your main keyphrases. Don’t go overboard. If you’re promoting cheap viagra, choose only 2 or 3 keyphrases, for example “Cheap Viagra” and “Buy Viagra”. Set the post delay between 24 to 48 hours.
Next, install one of the many SEO plugins for wordpress. I like platinum SEO. Depending which wordpress template you’re using you may find multiple meta tag entries. Set the options for the SEO plugin, then load up your page and view the source. You should only see one title tag, one meta description tag, and one keywords tag. If there is more than one, there is a problem with the wordpress template. To solve it, go into the wordpress editor under appearance. Then, find the header page. Remove the extra tags and now you’re ready to rock.
Step 2:
Download SENuke and go through the process of nuking your site using this application.
Step 3:
Take the list of RSS feeds and pages that were created with SENuke and save it in your xrumer directory. Use Xrumer’s #file_links function to insert a random line from this list as your homepage and URL in your post. Check your links every day to make sure the are still alive. If they aren’t alive anymore, remove them from your xrumer links list.
